TQR -- new vetting now

TQR has just closed for submissions for another quarter. Before the new stories go online, they have to go through the vetting process -- the public vetting process. As far as I know, this is the only magazine that works in this manner. If you're considering submitting in the future, but are wondering if you can take the editor's comments, now is a good time to start following it. Likewise, if you're an interested reader, it can be fun to check out the process to see how the issue comes together.
